Quantohm Electric Services, LLC is a licensed residential electrical contractor based in Coolidge, AZ, operating under Arizona ROC License #366120. We are owned and operated by Bryan and Kimberly Clarmont.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website at quantohmelectric.com, through our our CRM platform client portal, and in the course of providing electrical services to customers in Pinal County and surrounding areas.

• Website hosting: Our website is hosted on Netlify. Standard web traffic data may be logged by Netlify's infrastructure.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to respond to a valid government request.
• ROC compliance: As a licensed Arizona contractor, we may be required to provide job records, permit information, or customer details to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors in the event of a complaint or audit.

We do not use advertising networks, sell data to data brokers, or share your information with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer records for a minimum of seven (7) years after project completion, as required by Arizona contractor regulations. This includes job records, invoices, permits, and correspondence related to completed work.

Website inquiry data (contact form submissions that did not result in a job) is retained for up to 2 years and then deleted.

You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain contractor records as noted above.
